We experienced an outage with our Enterprise Answers feature from 2/12/2025 at 4:00 PM PST to 2/13/2025 at 6:35 AM PST. During this time, users may have encountered issues accessing knowledge resources via the bot.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our team is actively working on the root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future disruptions.
